When you purchase goods through a Merchant’s app, the Merchant (not One Black Pixel) is the seller and Merchant of Record and is responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns/refunds, providing customer service, and meeting tax obligations.

One Black Pixel provides the technology infrastructure that enables the Merchant’s app to function. This policy describes One Black Pixel’s data practices for the Services we operate.
